When my son found that our local high school would soon be closing their doors because of lack of funds, he was really worried about his son having some supervision after school and especially over the summer.  He is a single dad and works full time. 

We looked into fund raising programs and found “Silver Cup Coffee”.  We couldn’t have made a better choice.

Our Literacy Fundraising Campaign Was A Cinch With The Help of coffeefundraiser.com

As a volunteer for our local school literacy program, I noticed there was sometimes a shortage of supplies available.  These items were often being donated be individual volunteers but sometimes I noticed that there was a lot of “improvising” going on.  When I suggested that we do a fund-raiser using Silver Cup Coffee, some of the volunteers were skeptical about taking on more.

We Make a Good Profit and Everyone Knows Our Proceeds Go to the PTA , coffeefundraiser.com

Did you ever try to get other parents to co-operate in a fund-raiser for the kids?  I think we’ve all had enough cookies and candy by the middle of the school year and people shy away when approached.  They want to help, but they think it’s a lot of work and, frankly, who really needs more over-priced sweets in the house?

coffeefundraiser.com Helps Senior Housing Center

We just had the best time at an Easter celebration dinner at my mother’s senior housing center.  Each year they use whatever funds they have available to host a “pot luck” dinner and sometimes they are not so successful.  Several months ago, we discovered “Silver Cup Coffee” and their on-line fundraising plan.  We organized our family and a few others to raise money for the senior’s holiday fund. 

This Easter dinner was the best ever.  We were able to provide a catered affair and also held an Easter Egg Hunt for the residents.  Our family and some of the residents and their families got involved and we provided some plastic eggs filled with treats and cash; enough so that everyone was able to benefit and have a good time.

We were so successful, that we were able to contribute to the holiday fund to assure that future holidays will continue to be more special.  Without the help of “Silver Cup Coffee”, I wouldn’t have believed it could be so easy to get others involved and help them help themselves.  We have volunteers asking to help us when we do it again!
